    If you really want to turn up the flavor in this savory side dish, substitute one Tbsp whole-grain mustard for one Tbsp of the Dijon.
    About 1/2 C of potatoes per serving.
    1 serving = 2 WW Points


    List of Ingredients


    • 2 Tbsp Dijon mustard
    • 1 tsp olive oil
    • 1 Tbsp rosemary, fresh, chopped
    • 1 Tbsp fresh oregano, chopped
    • 1 Tbsp parsley, fresh, chopped
    • 1/2 tsp table salt
    • 1/4 tsp black pepper
    • 1 lb uncooked new potatoes, white or red, cleaned, halved


    Instructions


    1. Preaheat oven to 425.
    2. Combine all ingredients, except potatoes, in a small bowl.
    3. Place potatoes in a large zip-lock plastic bag. Add mustard mixture. Close bag and shake to coat.
    4. Pour contents of bag into a shallow baking pan coated with cooking spray.
    5. Bake, turning occasionally, until potatoes are tender, about 25-30 minutes.
