Sweet and Spicy Chicken Fajitas

List of Ingredients
- Olive oil for sauteing
- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast cut into thin strips
- 1/2 Cup Salsa
- 1/4 Cup Ketchup
- 2 Tbls packed Brown Sugar
- 1 Tbls Mustard Seeds
- 1 Chilli Pepper deseeded and sliced
- 1 Yellow or orange bell pepper cut up into bite size pieces
- 1 Tomato chopped
- Flour Tortillas
- Shredded Mexican Chese optional for taste
Instructions
- Saute chicken in olive oil until no longer pink
- Add the salsa, ketchup, brown sugar, mustard seeds, chilli pepper, bell pepper and tomato
- Let cook for 4 min or until vegetables are tender and all the ingredients have a chance to blend together
- Serve hot in flour tortillas (Sprinkle with cheese if desired)
