    Crock Pot Sloppy Joe Casserole

    1 (32 oz.) package frozen shredded hashbrown potatoes, thawed
    1 can (10.75 oz.) condensed cheddar cheese soup, undiluted
    1 egg, lightly beaten
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp pepper
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 small onion, finely chopped
    1 (15.5 oz.) can sloppy joe sauce
    shredded cheddar cheese, for topping (optional)

    Recipe



    1 - Spray your 5-qt crock pot (slow cooker) with nonstick cooking spray.
    2 - In a large bowl, combine shredded potatoes with the soup, egg, salt & pepper. Stir well then spread it in the bottom of the crock pot.
    3 - In a large skillet, over medium heat, brown and crumble ground beef along with chopped onion. Cook until beef is no longer pink.
    4 - Drain excess grease. Stir in sloppy joe sauce.
    5 - Spoon sloppy joe mixture over hashbrown mixture in crock pot.
    6 - Cover and cook on low for about 4 to 4 1/2 hours.
