    List of Ingredients




    1 c. water
    1 1/2 T. oil
    1 t. lemon juice
    1 1/2 T. dry milk powder
    2 1/2 T. brown sugar
    1 1/2 t. salt
    3 c. bread flour
    2 1/4 t. yeast
    1/3 c. dried cranberries
    1/3 c. chopped pecans

    Recipe



    Mix together all ingredients in bread machine except cranberries and pecans. Add those at the fruit/nut signal. Bake on light crust.
