    This is a good,standard brisket recipe. You fix it ahead of time and simply rewarm it. It is ALWAYS tender!

    5-6 lb. brisket
    Lowry’s Seasoning Salt

    This recipe was written for use in preparing a Sunday Dinner. It of course, can be fixed on ANY night of the week!

    On Saturday night, wash brisket & pat dry. Rub Lowry’s Seasoning Salt in with hands 2-3 times. Wrap in 2 sheets heavy duty foil and place in a shallow dish. Bake at 400 degrees for 1/2 hour, then turn down to 250 degrees for 8-10 hours. When done put in refrigerator 6-8 hours to solidify the fat. When chilled, remove all fat. Slice in 1/4" slice. Place in juice and bake at 400 degrees for 1/2 hour or until heated through.
