    Recipe Introduction


    Linda triples the amount of spices but only doubles the meat.

    List of Ingredients




    3 lb. ribs
    2 T. instant onions
    1 T. ground mustard
    1/2 t. allspice
    1/2 t. cinnamon
    1/2 garlic powder
    1 med. onion, sliced

    Recipe



    Mix together and rub on meat. Slice 1 medium onion and layer with meat. Add 1/2 water. Cook on 8-9 hours. Pour liquid off. Pour 1 1/2 cups BBQ sauce in bowl. Cover and cook 1 more hour.

    Serves 6
