Corn Crawfish Chowder

Recipe Introduction
This is really good. During crawfish season we use fresh crawfish from the leftovers from the crawfish boils!
List of Ingredients
1 stick of butter
2 bunches of green onions
8 oz. fresh mushrooms
1 8 oz. cream cheese
2 cans cream of potato soup
2 cans corn – do not drain corn
1 lb crawfish meat with fat
Tony Chachere’s to taste
1 pint half & half
Recipe
Melt butter and sauté’ green onions and mushrooms until tender add cream cheese and stir until melted. Add soup, corn, crawfish meat, half & half and Tony’s to taste. Heat until warm. Do not boil
