    Cheese Ball

    This cheese ball is fabulous. A great appetizer or gift for holiday giving.

    List of Ingredients

    1 Package (8 Ounce) Cream Cheese
    1/4 Pound Blue Cheese, Crumbled
    1 Cup Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese (1/4 Pound)
    3 Tablespoons Minced Onion
    1 Tablespoon Worcestire Sauce
    1/2 Teaspoon Salt
    1/2 Cup Finely Chopped Pecans
    1/4 Cup Finely Chopped Parsley

    Recipe

    Put all ingredients, except pecans and parsley in a bowl. Beat with electric mixer at medium speed until mixture is fluffy. Stip in 3 tablespoons of pecans. Cover and refridgerate 3 to 4 hours. Remove cheese from bowl, place on aluminum foil and shape with hands into a large ball. Wrap tightly in foil and return to refridgerator. Cheese is soft unless thoroughly chilled. About 30 minutes before serving, unwrap cheese and roll in remaining pecans and parsley.
