List of Ingredients
2 Pounds Crab Apples
4 Cups Sugar
1 Pint Vinegar
1 Cup Water
4 Sticks Cinnamon
8 Whole Cloves
Recipe
Cut blossom end from apples then wash thoroughly. Stick apples with fork, drop into syrup and heat. Pack in jars and pour syrup over apples. Cook in hot water bath for 30 minutes. To color use 2 teaspoons red food coloring.
