    This is a wonderful summer time appetizer. Your friends and family will love this one.

    List of Ingredients




    1 Small Watermelon
    1 Quart Simple Syrup (Equal Parts Water & Sugar Heated Until The Sugar Dissolves)
    Juice Of 2 Lemons
    5 Limes
    2 Tablespoons Sugar
    1 Tablespoon Black Sesame Seeds
    10 Mint Leaves

    Recipe



    Remove rind and seeds from watermelon. Puree pulp in a blender and strain it. Add lemon juice and enough simple syrup to sweeten. Freeze in an ice cream freezer according to the manufacturer's instructions. Slice limes in half lengthwise and remove inner pulp. Sprinkle cavities with sugar. Fill with watermelon sorbet. Sprinkle tops with black sesame seeds and garnish with mint leaves. Serves 10.
