I love mint tea. This is a very refreshing drink, perfect for cookouts.
List of Ingredients
18 Cups Boiling Water
13 Sprigs Fresh Mint
10 Teaspoons Tea Leaves
2 Cups Sugar
Juice Of 4 Lemons
Recipe
Pour 8 cups boiling water over 5 sprigs of mint and the tea leaves; steep 5 minutes. Pour 10 cups boiling water over remaining mint and sugar. Let stand several minutes; strain and combine mixtures. Add lemon juice. Serve over ice. Serves 25.
