This stuffing is great to use when roasting a goose or duck. Can also be used with pork chops.
List of Ingredients
2 Quarts Soft Bread Crumbs (2 Days Old)
4 Apples
2 Tablespoons Minced Onion
1 Teaspoon Salt
1 Teaspoon Sage
1/4 Teaspoon Paprika
1/4 teaspoon Summer Savory
1/4 teaspoon Thyme
1/4 Teaspoon Sweet Marjoram
1/4 Cup MilkRecipe
Tear bread into small pieces. Add finely chopped apple, onion, salt, sage, paprika, savory, thyme, marjoram and milk. Toss lightly. Pack loosely in desired meat.
