    This is a great tasting dish that the entire family will love. Even with squash in there the kids will love it.

    List of Ingredients




    1 Pound Bulk Pork Sausage
    1 Clove Garlic, Crushed
    4 Cups Sliced Summer Squash
    1/2 Cup Dry Bread Crumbs
    1/2 Cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
    1/2 Cup Milk
    1 Tablespoon Snipped Parsley
    1/2 Teaspoon Salt
    1/2 Teaspoon Oregano
    2 Beaten Eggs

    Recipe



    Cook sausage and garlic until meat is browned, drain off excess fat. Cook squash, covered, in small amount of water until tender; drain. Stir squash, bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, milk, parsley, salt and oregano into meat. Fold in eggs. Transfer to a 10 x 6 x 1-1/2 inch baking dish. Bake at 325 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. Yields 4 to 6 servings.
