    Sweet potato casserole is a great dish to serve with Thanksgiving or Christmas dinner. This dish is loved by young and old alike.

    List of Ingredients




    3 Cups Cooked And Mashed Sweet Potatoes
    1/2 Cup Granulated Sugar
    1 Teaspoon Vanilla
    1/3 Cup Milk
    1/2 Cup Butter
    TOPPING:
    1 Cup Brown Sugar
    1/3 Cup Butter
    1 Cup Chopped Pecans

    Recipe



    Combine potatoes, sugar, vanilla, milk, and 1/2 cup butter and beat with mixer until smooth. Spoon into shallow 2 quart casserole. In small bowl, combine brown sugar and pecans. Dot casserole with butter and sprinkle with topping mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
