    The best party cookies in the world. You won't be able to eat just one.

    List of Ingredients




    1 & 1/2 Cups Softened Butter
    1 Cup Sugar
    3 Egg Yolks
    1 Teaspoon Vanilla
    1/4 Teaspoon Salt
    3 & 1/2 Cups All-Purpose Flour
    1 Bar Semi-sweet Chocolate, Melted
    Chopped Pistachio Nuts

    Recipe



    Beat butter, sugar, egg yolk, vanilla and salt in a large bowl until fluffy. Sift in the flour, blending to make a soft dough. Fill pastry bag with star tip. Pipe out dough into 3-inch lengths onto ungreased large cookie sheets. Bake in moderate oven, 375 degrees, for 8 minutes. Cool on wir racks. Dip ends in cooled melted semisweet chocolate then into chopped pistachio nuts. Seve and enjoy!
