    This is the best marmalade, bar none. After you try this, other jellies and jams will be out the door.

    List of Ingredients




    1 Orange
    6 Medium Apples, Peeled, Cored and Coarsely Chopped
    2 Cups Water
    3 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
    5 Cups Sugar

    Recipe



    Cut orange into quarters; remove seeds and slice very thin. Combine orange, apples, water and lemon juice; bring to a boil. Boil gently for 10 minutes or until apples are tender. Add sugar; cook stirring constantly until mixture comes to a full boil and sugar is dissolved. Continue cooking, stirring frequently until mixture reaches 220 degrees on candy thermometer or until thickened and clear. Ladle into hot, sterilized jars; seal.
