2 Pork Tenderloins
2 Cups Day-Old Bread Crumbs
1/2 Teaspoon Salt
1/2 Teaspoon Sage
4 Tablespoons Melted fat
1 Apple, Chopped Fine
1 Tablespoon Grated Onion
1 Can Cream Of Mushroom SoupRecipe
Wipe meat with damp cloth. Slit lengthwise but do not cut all the way through. Mix bread crumbs, salt, sage, melted fat, apple and onion. Fill slit with dressing and skewer or sew. Place in shallow open roasting pan. Pour mushroom soup over meat and roast 1-1/2 hours at 325 degrees. Yields 2 servings.
