    These potatoes are nothing but fine. I could eat these 3 meals a day but everybody thinks I've lost it.

    List of Ingredients




    6 Small Baking Potatoes
    1/3 Cup Chopped Onion
    1 Clove Garlic, Minced
    2 Tablespoons Margarine
    1/2 Cup Hot Skim Milk
    1 Teaspoon Grated Lemon Peel
    1/8 Teaspoon White Pepper
    1 Tablespoon Chopped Fresh Dill Weed
    1 Tablespoon Finely Chopped Parsley
    Paprika

    Recipe



    Bake potatoes until tender. Cool enough to handle. Meanwhile, saute onion and garlic in margarine until tender. Scoop out potatoes, being careful to keep skins from breaking. Mash potato. Beat in sauteed onion mixture, hot skim milk, lemon peel and pepper. Mix in dill weed and parsley. Pile mashed potato mixture into skins; sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 400 degrees about 30 minutes or until lightly browned. Serves 6.
