    This is a wonderful baked tomato recipe. The Parmesan cheese is the perfect extra ingredient.

    List of Ingredients




    1 Can 14 1/2 Ounces Whole Tomatoes, Drained And Quartered
    2 Tablespoons Seasoned Bread Crumbs
    1/2 Teaspoon Italian Seasoning
    1/4 Teaspoon Garlic Salt
    2 Tablespoons Shredded Parmesan Cheese
    1 Tablespoon Butter

    Recipe



    Place tomatoes in a greased 1-quart baking dish. Combine bread crumbs, Italian seasoning and salt; sprinkle over tomatoes. Top with Parmesan cheese; dot with butter. Bake, uncovered, at 325 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes or until lightly browned. Yields 2 to 3 servings.
