    I tried this cake while visiting my husband's Grandmama Vance. She is no longer with us, but we have her cake and our memories of her.


    List of Ingredients


    • CAKE:
    • 1 yellow cake mix
    • 1 can Mandarin Oranges, undrained
    • ICING:
    • Cool Whip
    • Reg. Size Crushed Pineapple, undrained
    • 1 box vanilla pudding (Instant)


    Instructions


    1. For Cake:Mix cake according to package directions. Stir in Oranges before baking.
    2. For Icing: Mix Icing ingredients together and frost the cake.
