    List of Ingredients


    • 1 pound ground beef
    • 1 cup dairy sour cream
    • 2/3 cup mayonnaise
    • 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
    • 2 Tbsp chopped onion
    • 2 cups baking mix
    • 1/2 cup cold water
    • 2 to 3 medium tomatoes, thinly sliced
    • 3/4 cup chopped green pepper


    Instructions


    1. Heat oven to 375 degrees. Cook ground beef until brown; drain; set aside. Mix sour cream, mayonnaise, cheese, and onion; set aside. Stir baking mix and water to a soft dough. Pat into a greased 13x9x2 inch pan, pressing dough 1/2 inch up the sides. Layer ground beef, tomatoes and greeen pepper; spoon sour cream mixture over top. If you like, sprinkle with paprika. Bake 25-30 minutes or until edge of dough is light brown.


    Final Comments


    I seasoned the ground beef with salt, black pepper and garlic to make this dish even better.
