    Crockpot Roast Sticky Chicken

    This is THE BEST chicken ever!!!!!!


    List of Ingredients


    • 4 tsp salt
    • 2tsp Paprika
    • 1 tsp cayenne pepper
    • 1 tsp onion powder
    • 1 tsp thyme
    • 1 tsp white pepper
    • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
    • 1/2 tsp black pepper
    • 1 large roasting chicken
    • 1 cup chopped onion


    Instructions


    1. In a small bowl, combine all spices. Remove giblets from chicken; cleal cavity well and pat dry w/ paper towels. Rub spice mixture in chicken inside and out. Place in a re-sealable plastic bag. Seal and refrigerate over night.
    2. Put onion inside chicken. Place in crockpot. Do not add any liquid. Cook on low 8 to 10 hours and it will be falling off the bone.
