SWISS CHARD ROLLS

We had these at a restaurant and tried to duplicate them.
List of Ingredients
Swiss chard leaves
2 cups ricotta cheese
1/3 c. pine nuts
1/4 cup onion
chopped swiss chard
1 c. sun dried tomatoes, reconstituted, choppedRecipe
Slightly steam swiss chard leaves. Set aside to cool. Saute sun dried tomatos, pine nuts onion and chopped swiss chard for 5 minutes. Mix with ricotta cheese. Roll mixture inside steamed swiss chard leaves. Grill 2 minutes a side.
Have also used steamed swiss chard leaves to wrap pureed squash mixed with brown sugar and butter. Top with pomegranate seeds.
