    24 HOUR CHEESE & WINE OMELETTE

    List of Ingredients




    1/2 loaf french bread - cut to 1" cubes
    3 T. butter melted
    2/3 lb. shredded swiss cheese
    1/4 lb. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
    1 lb. cubed ham

    Sauce:
    8 eggs
    1/4 c. wine
    1 2/3 c. milk
    2 shakes of Worchestershire
    2 minced green onions
    1 T. pepper
    1/2 tsp. grey poupon mustard

    Topping:
    1/2 c. parmesan cheese
    3/4 c. sour cream
    crushed potato chips

    Recipe



    Melt butter in 9 x 13 inch baking pan. Layer bread, cheeses, ham. Pour sauce over. Cover with foil. Refrigerate overnight. Remove from refrigerator 30 minutes before cooking. Bake at 325 degrees F. for 1 hour in middle of oven. Uncover and spread top with topping mixture. Bake until crusty.
