    Aunt Sara provided this recipe. These are great to give away at Christmas time in pretty containers.

    List of Ingredients




    1 c. peanut butter
    1 c. chopped walnuts
    2 c. graham cracker crumbs
    2 c. shredded coconut
    1 box pwd. sugar
    2 cubes butter, melted
    1/2 pack butterscotch chips
    1/2 pack chocolate chips

    Recipe



    Mix together first 6 ingredients. Form into small balls. Place on a cookie sheet and freeze until hard. Melt together the butterscotch and chocolate chips. Roll frozen balls in melted chocolate mixture and place on foil line cookie sheet. Put in refrigerator. (May have to use more than 1/2 pack of the chips--depends on how thick you coat the balls)
