DOUBLE CHEESEBURGER CASSEROLE

1 lb. ground beef
1 lg. onion chopped
Vegetable oil
1 8 oz. can tomato sauce
1/4 c. catsup
Salt and pepper to taste
6 slices American cheese
1 can refrigerator biscuits
Parmesan cheese
Recipe
Brown ground beef with onion in a small amount of oil in a skillet. Stir until crumbly. Drain. Stir in next 4 ingredients. Cook until heated through. Layer ground beef mixture and American cheese slices alternately in casserole until all ingredients are used. Arrange biscuits on top. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 400 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until biscuits are golden brown. Serves 6.
