    Recipe Introduction

    Grandma would make this dessert when my mom was growing up. They occassionaly ate it for breakfast.

    List of Ingredients

    1 cube margarine
    1 c. plus 2 T. water
    1 c. flour
    4 eggs
    Almond frosting-
    pwd. sugar, milk and almond extract
    Almond slices

    Recipe

    Boil water and margarine, add 1 cup flour. Add 4 eggs one at a time, beating well after each.
    Bake 425 degrees for 20 minutes, 350 degrees for 10 minutes.
    Frost with almond frosting and add almond slices. Cut into squares and serve.
