    Katerina's Grandma has played cards with babe for years. This is Babe's wonderfull recipe. Only a good Scandinavian woman could have given us this.

    List of Ingredients




    1 c. fish (use your favorite, but Halibut is best)
    1 egg
    1 T. melted butter
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1 T. Bisquick
    Evaporated milk or half and half

    Recipe



    Break 1 egg into a one cup measuring cup. Add 1 tablespoon melted butter. Fill cup with enough milk to measure 1 cup. Put in a blender with one cup flaked fish, salt, nutmeg and Bisquick. Mix about 1 minute or until well blended. Melt some butter in a frypan - drop misture by tablespoons and fry cakes until done.
