BARBEQUED FLANK STEAK

Grandpa's specialty.
List of Ingredients
1/4 c. soy sauce
3 T. honey
2 T. vinegar
1 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
3/4 c. salad oil
1 chopped green onion
2 lb. flank steakRecipe
Mix all ingredients together and place flank steak in mixture to marinate overnight, or all day. Prick with fork and turn several times during the day or prick and place in a large zip lock bag and turn several times. Barbeque over hot coals until done, medium rare - or broil in oven. Slice diagonally, very thin. Also delicious cold.
