    List of Ingredients




    MEATBALLS
    2 lbs. ground beef
    3 slices of crumbled bread
    1/2 c. milk
    1/4 c. finely chopped onion
    2 eggs
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    SAUCE
    1/2 c. catsup
    2 T. butter or margarine
    2 T. vinegar
    2 T. water

    Recipe



    Combine all ingredients; mix lightly but throughly. Shape into 4 dozen small meatballs. Place in a 10 x 15 baking pan. Brown in moderate over (375 degrees) 25-30 minutes. Divide into 4 portions. Freeze 3 packages. To make sauce, simmer ingredients uncovered for 15 minutes. Place meatballs in sauce, heat through.
