MOM'S SPAGHETTI SAUCE

My great grandma never made this the same twice--experiment with different quantities and spices until you get the spicy taste you like.
List of Ingredients
3 lg. cans tomatoes
3/4 tsp. curry
1 tsp. oregano
2 T. parsley flakes
1/2 tsp. thyme
2 bay leaves
1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
Little mustard
Few shakes of soy sauce
1 T. onion flakes
1 clove garlic
2 tsp. sweet basil
Handful of salt
Some pepper
Some nutmeg
Some cayenne
Some paprika
Few stalks of celery chopped
A little sugar
Recipe
Smash tomatoes. Add few stalks of chopped celery including leaves. Add all other ingredients. Simmer all day - thickens as it cooks. Serve with spaghetti and meatballs.
