    List of Ingredients




    1 jar spaghetti sauce
    1/3 c. chopped onions
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 egg
    2 garlic cloves
    1 1/2 tsp. italian seasoning
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 pkgs. refrigerated french bread dough
    1 pkg. mozzarella cheese slices

    Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Spread 2/3 c. sauce in 9 x 13 pan. In a bowl, combine all ingredients except bread and cheese. Mix gently. Shape meat into balls; place in pan. Bake 10 minutes. Pour remaining sauce over meatballs. Continue cooking 20 minutes more.

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place dough on round baking stone. Join ends of dough together to form a circle. Cut diagonal slices (1/2 inch deep) on top of dough. Bake 26-30 minutes or until golden brown. Cut bread in half horizontally. Spoon meatballs and sauce over bottom half of bread. Top with cheese slices. Put top of bread on. Cut into wedges and serve.
