POPOVERS - part 2




List of Ingredients



• 1 C. flour
  
• 1 C. milk
  
• 3 eggs, large or 4 medium
  
• 1 tsp. salt
  






Instructions



1. Spray, or grease muffin tins well.
   
   
2. Mix all ingredients, it will be slightly lumpy.
   
   
3. Pour muffing tin about 2/3 full of batter.
   
   
4. Bake for 30 minutes in a 450�F oven that has NOT been preheated. May need to watch or lower temp. according to your oven.
   
   






Final Comments


Great filled with honey, jelly, even cheese, fruit.
