Spicy Fish Fillet--(diabetic)
List of Ingredients
4 fish fillets, walleye or similar firm fish
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. onion powder
1 tsp cajun seasoning
1 tsp hickory seasoning or
other seasonings to taste.
Recipe
Spray a pie plate with Pam spray.
Mix seasonings to your taste, but be sure to add a bit of "hot" spice to them.
Coat the fillets with the seasoning mixture, rubbing in well, and place in the pie plate. Add a small amout of low-fat liquid oleo to each fillet.
This may be refrigerated, & covered with 'wrap.
Bake in a 375° oven for 10 to 15 minutes or until the fillet begin to flake. (fish fillet differ in thickness)
