    Crunchy No-Fry Chicken

    List of Ingredients


    • 3/4 cup finely crushed cornflakes
    • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
    • 1/8 tsp pepper
    • 1/8 tsp red pepper
    • 4 bonless skinless chicken breast halves
    • 1/4 cup chicken broth


    Instructions


    1. On a sheet of waxed paper, combine cornflakes, garlic, peppers.
    2. Dip chicken into broth. Coat with the cornflake mixture
    3. Place chicken on baking sheet.
    4. Bake at 400°F for 20 minutes or until chicken juices run clear.
