    Irish Cream

    1 3/4 cups Irish whiskey
    1 can sweetened condensed milk -- * see note
    1 cup light cream
    2 tablespoons chocolate syrup
    2 teaspoons instant coffee
    1 teaspoon vanilla
    1/2 teaspoon almond extract
    1 cup egg substitute**

    Blend together on low.

    * Homemade sweetened condensed milk: Heat and stir until butter is melted and sugar is dissolved: 1 1/2 c. sugar, 2/3 c. evaporated milk, 4 Tb. butter. Make about 1 1/2 c. (1 can=1 1/4 c.)

    ** The original recipe called for four eggs. Food food safety's sake use pasteurized egg substitute.
