3/4 cup mashed potatoes
1 pound powdered sugar
4 cups flaked coconut
1 teaspoon almond extract
2 tablespoons butter*
2 tablespoons corn syrup*
3 tablespoons water*
1 package chocolate fudge frosting mix*
* or use 1 pkg. chocolate chips and -- 1/2 stick paraffin
(paraffin optional)
Mix potatoes, powdered sugar, coconut, and almond extract. Chill 1 hour. dip in chocolate.
