Chicken with Pesto and Tomatoes

4 boned and skinned chicken breast halves
1/3 cup pesto
2 large plum tomatoes -- or 3 small, sliced
3/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Rinse and pat dry chicken. Coat with pesto. Place in a shallow baking pan lined with foil. Bake at 375F for about 20 minutes, until nearly done. Top with sliced tomatoes and then cheese. Bake an additional 5-10 minutes until cheese is bubbly.
