    Easy Egg Rolls

    1 lb. ground beef
    1(16 oz) pkg. coleslaw mix
    2Tbs. soy sauce
    ½ tsp. garlic powder
    ¼ tsp. ground ginger
    onion powder to taste
    2 pkgs.(16 oz) refrigerated egg roll wrappers
    1 TBS. flour, all-purpose
    Vegetable oil for frying

    In a bowl, combine the first six ingredients; mix well.

    Place a heaping Tbs.full of mixture in center of one wrapper, fold bottom corner over filling,fold sides toward center of filling.

    In a small bowl mix the TBS. of flour with enough water to make a paste.Moisten corner with the paste;roll up tightly to seal.

    Heat 1 inch of oil to 375º fry egg rolls 3-5 minutes, or until golden brown.

    Fill wrappers one at a time,keeping wrappers covered till ready to use.
