Liver Sausage Ball
Peggy's Liver Sausage Ball
8 ounces liver sausage
4 ounces cream cheese
1/4 cup chopped dill pickle
1 tsp. dried onion
1/8 cup salad dressing
1 tsp. dill pickle juice
1/2 tsp Worceschestire sauce
1/8 tsp. garlic salt or powder.
3 dashes or drops of hot pepper sauce.
With electric mixer, beat sausage, and cream cheese until blended.
Add remaining ingredients beat throughly.
Shape into a ball.
Serve with cocktail rye or crackers
