    I have had this for years and we really like them. Even spinach haters will eat these.

    List of Ingredients




    Spinach Balls:

    2-10 oz boxes frozen spinach, cooked and drained very dry.
    1 small bag pepperidge farm herb stuffing
    2 lg. onions, chopped fine
    6 eggs, beaten
    ½ cup parmesan cheese;grated
    ½ tsp.black pepper
    1 Tbsp Accent(optional)
    1Tbsp. garlic salt
    ½ tsp thyme
    3/4 cup butter. melted.

    Recipe



    Mix together; shape into small balls. Place on cookie sheet. Freeze till solid. Put in zip locke freezer bags.
    Defrost before baking.Bake@ 350ºfor 20 mins.
    Makes about 100 balls.They are colorful and add to the spirit of Christmas....Good for St. Pat's day too.
