    Broccoli Bread

    1 box jiffy cornmuffin mix
    4 eggs
    1 med. onion chopped
    1½ cup grated cheddar cheese
    1 box frozen chopped broccoli, thawed and drained.

    Mix together; melt ½ stick butter in 13x9 pan.Pour btter in pan .Bake at 350º till lightly brown.
