    Cathedral Candy

    This is very pretty for Easter.

    1 large pkg. semi-sweet chocolate morsels
    1 large pkg. of multi colored marshmallows
    1 stick of reg. margarine
    2 sheets of waxed paper
    about 2 cups powdered sugar.

    Combine chocolate and margarine and melt in a double boiler.

    Remove from heat, setting mixture aside to cool.

    Sprinkle powdered sugar onto the wax paper.

    When the mixture has become cool enough NOT to melt the marshmallows, Fold in the marshmallows.

    Divide mixture into two parts. and place on the wax paper.

    Roll into two "logs". Refirgerate for about two hours before slicing.Slices will look like pretty stained glass windows!
