Super Fudge

4 1/2 cups sugar
1 (12 oz) can evaporated milk
8 ounces minature marshmallows
3 (6 oz.) pkgs choc.chips
1/2 cup butter
2 cups chopped nuts
1 tsp. vanilla
Use a large heavy pan. Mix sugar and evaporated milk. Bring slowly to a rolling boil. Let it boil for no longer then 8 minutes, stirring constantly, to keep milk from scorching.
Remove from heat, add marshmallows, choc.chips, and butter. Stir until melted. Add nuts and vanilla, stir to mix well.
Spread on large ungreased pan. When cool cut into squares.
