Watergate Cake
1 white cake mix
1 small instant pistachio pudding
1 cup oil
3 eggs
½ cup chopped pecans
1 cup club soda
Combine the first six ingredients; beat at medium speed for 4 minutes.
Pour batter into greased and floured 10 in. tube pan. Bake at 350º for 45-50 minutes. Turn out on wire rack to cool.
Frost with pistachio frosting.
Frosting:
2 envelopes of whipped topping mix
1½ cups cold milk
1 small pkg. pistachio instant pudding
