Chocolate Cheesecake
2- 8 ounce pkgs. cream cheese
1 tsp. vanilla
2 pkg. hot chocolate mix (dry)
1 small (4 oz.) choc. instant pudding
1½ cups milk
4 ounces whipped topping
1 graham cracker pie crust
Cream softened cream cheese with ½ cup milk, using the back of a spoon.
Add dry hot choc. mix and vanilla.mix well.
Beat remaining 1 cup milk with pudding mix. Add to the cream cheese mixture.
Fold in the whipped topping; put into pie crust. Chill.
