    1 pound pork tenderloin
    1 TBsp. chili oil,or vegetable oil.
    1-1pound bag frozen broccoli, cauliflower,and carrots 9also sold as Californnia blend.
    3 Tbsp apricot preserves
    1 Tbsp. oyster sauce
    hot cooked rice or noodles

    Recipe



    1. Remove fat from pork, cut pork into 1/2 in. slices

    2. Heat wok or 12 in skillet over high heat. Add oil, rotate to coat sides. Add pork, stir fry 4-5 mins. or till no longer pink. Add frozen vegetables and stir fry 2 mins. or till vegetables are throughly warmed.

    3. Stir in preserves and oyster sauce. cook and stir about 1 min. or until heated through. Serve over rice.

    makes 4 servings
