    Diabetic,serve 8

    Exchange = 1 meat,1 bread, 1/2 milk 1/2 fat

    List of Ingredients




    2 (8oz) pkg. fat-free cream cheese
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 pkg. sugar-free hot chocolate mix
    1 small (4 serving size) sugar free chocolate pudding
    1½ cup skim milk
    4 oz. lite Cool Whip
    1 reduced fat graham cracker crust.

    Cream softened cream cheese with ½ cup skim milk,using the back of a spoon.Add cocoa mix and vanilla. Beat remaing 1 cup milk with pudding mix.Add to cream cheese mixture.Fold in lite cool whip.Place in pie crust. Chill.
