    2 cups self-rising flour
    1/4 cup plus 2TBS low calorie mayonaisse
    1-1/4 cup non fat buttermilk
    vegetable cooking spray

    1. combine first three ingredients, stirring until moistened.
    spoon batter into muffin pans ,coated with cooking spray

    2. Bake @ 375º for 12-15 minutes, or until lightly browned.
