    Exchange= 1 meat, 1 bread, 1 milk 1 fat

    List of Ingredients




    1 pkg. instant sugar free chocolate drink mix, dry
    3 Tbs. flour
    ½ tsp. baking powder
    2 pkg. sweetner
    1 Tbs. peanut butter
    1 tsp vanilla
    1/4 cup water

    Mix dry ingredients together. Stir in vanilla and water.add peanut butter. mix well. spray individual loaf pan with cooking spraypour in pan bake @ 350º for 15 mins.
